Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and substance use disorders.
Natalie has worked for the past 4 years at one of the leading eating disorder treatment facilities on the Inpatient, Partial Hospital, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient levels of care. Natalie is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP).
Natalie understands that asking for help can be hard, so she strives to provide an empathetic, nonjudgmental, validating environment for clients to feel safe. She uses a combination of individualized strengths-based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to assist clients with achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
Natalie values the importance of family therapy due to the complex nature of mental health disorders and the effect it has on the entire family. Family also plays a crucial role in the individual’s progress and success.
Natalie is a Certified Clinical Supervisor and member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). She is also a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP).
